Just wanted to add my experience. In 2022 I got a swiss gear backpack the 5358 from amazon. About three years in the zippers started to fail and this year the zipper finally broke and the straps are also falling apart. I submitted a warranty claim with much doubt but to my surprise they very quickly responded and promptly sent me a code for a new backpack after I officially and properly sent in all the pictures of damage and proof of purchase. I was pleasantly surprised. I give it a 4 because the product durability was very underwhelming, but the warranty process was very smooth.

I am recently homeless. And was carrying my belongings in plastic grocery bags until I found one of your suitcases at a local resale shop and I love it. The rolling case made transporting my possessions a breeze, however one of the wheels has stopped working and I cannot find a replacement. When my situation improves I will definitely look for more of your products. Thank you for making what is a horrible situation a little bit better

Good product and very resistant. It is one of best options for who need a backpack for laptops and something else. Maybe it would be more light. But I recommend.
