If zero stars was an option I would choose that. Worst company you could ever deal with!! AVOID AVOID AVOID. These scammers will tell you that they will design a website for $150 but that's a total lie. They add another bs fee for domething all the time it never ends. They tell you that you need to pay them for lifetime domain name then another charge for hosting then another charge for security that is not needed and its one thing after another. Even after $750 I am still getting ignored and have no website. They refuse to give me anything I paid for, no access to anything and my site still isn't live. They refuse to make revisiins or change anything, including photos that they mislabeled and words they misspelled and blank areas where they forgot photos. They're ignorant dont know how to spell or what things are in photos. Biggest fraud scam waste of money on the planet!!!! They will drag things out as well until enough time passes that you cant file fraud charges then they ghost you 100%

The company is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. They do not share the admin passwords for my website. They do not give access to the DNS servers. I cannot make any changes to my website. They charge an arm and a leg for some shit service, and they even do not respond to phone calls or emails. Their phone numbers, emails, and even the live AI chatbot are useless when you need any help. I do not recommend this company to anyone looking to develop their website or social media campaigns. Stay away from this company as much as you can.

Beware! This company will take your money and provide you nothing in return but a lot of BS paperwork and a website that is useless. The biggest fraud is they sold me a “copyright“ that was “required by law” (although I’ve been in business for over 30 years and never heard of it… My fault for being so naïve!). After I fired this company and lost the money that I paid them, I reached out to the so-called copyright office and reported this company. Everything they do is fraudulent and a complete sham. To cap it off, I write a bad review and this company flagged as inappropriate?! You have been warned.

Focused more on upselling customers rather than delivering good product and customer service. Debriefing process went back and forth even though I. provided a word document with every detail of what I wanted. The project managers are argumentative and condescending, pressuring customers to upgrade, pay additional costs every single time. I had requested to work with a different project manager- and they roped the same person back on to my account. Despite explaining that I will launch in Spring and will call them back when I am ready to go live with the site- I was constantly bombarded with calls often about when I will be ready, after paying for the entire site and communicating when I anticipate to go live... Absolutely disgusting and irritating. There are better service providers out there that have better customer service. I terminated the project and wasted about $700- just NEVER to have to deal with this company ever again. The money is gone, but I have peace of mind that I can find a new developer and start from scratch. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

From handling my plugin integration to security, they delivered a perfectly engineered WordPress website.

Worst company I’ve ever worked with. $2300 later I have a website I can’t add products to, some extension called twaak that makes no sense but cost $250, the site was supposed to take couple days fought with them 3 months, I’m afraid to drive traffic to it as don’t even know how to find where the orders come in at?

They told me it would be two weeks for my website to be upgraded and it ended up being three months and when it got created, it was awful. I gave them a couple more chances to fix it, and they didn’t follow through and they weren’t listening to my concerns. I asked for a refund and they said 90 days. It’s been 130 days and they won’t respond to me. I called from my friends number and they said profanity to me. I have the recordings with their number. “ ALEX SMITH”.

Worst company to work with, they offer you pretty affordable webpage, and every time they call you for a review is a sales pitch to keep selling more and more services (that they don’t explained at the beginning) once you decide you don’t want to paid more they stop calling you for weeks. Nothing done. Just don’t waste your money hire real professionals and dedicated people to do it right.
