Product doesn't accurately count laps. Will not refund.

I messaged after a few uses as each time I had trouble syncing the watch with the app and obtaining the data. I said that I would like to return but they would not accept the return. I am therefore stuck with a product that does not work. Also the 'upcoming' features including open water tracking have still not materialized 8 months after buying

Do not buy! Got a faulty product, which I've returned and unlike other people on this platform I have received the refund. There was also a considerable postage for return as Swimmo asked to return it to Poland and committed to refunding the watch and the postage. They're now unresponsive to emails. Product 50% off in many swims, working with their Support to ensure I tried anything they could think off, no change.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!! Company do not refund for faulty products. I managed to get a replacement for my faulty watch after much protesting, but the replacement is also faulty. You cannot see the digital images in sunlight, the charge runs out within a day and now, after only a few uses, the tapping won't register so it is basically a $200 piece of rubbish in my house.

It works and I'm impressed as my 12-year-old son uses it in training. Moreover, I found the vendor to be sincere and responsible. An accessory that I needed replacing was attended to promptly. May I suggest voice prompts e.g. advisories and music to tempo (via earpieces) that can motivate the swimmer in the water?

The watch doesn’t work properly. Every thing is touch screen and when it get wet the screen goes of calibration and doesn’t function properly. They only give you 14 days to return where others give you at least 30. I contacted customer service they did not want to return or replace. Garmin is the best.

Don't waste your money and buy this product. any claim made but the seller should be treated with much cautious. Hard rate, distance, laps- totally off. If you take swimming seriously then you should look for another product. And expect bad customer service as well

Costumer service is the worst. The watch took six weeks to be deliver. Once I got the watch the first time I try to use it it froze and I hat to wait until the battery ran out to charge it again. When I finally got to use it I realize that all you can do is count laps and use it as timer, but the lap count is inaccurate some time it will not count a lap I just did, and sometimes it will be just standing and it will count a lap. Try to see if I just did not know how to use the watch, so I went on line and watch the videos and read recommendations, but when I try to use it again it froze one more time. When I was able to use it again, the miss counting continue. I reached costumer service, but since all communication is only by email, it takes a while to get a conversation going. I asked about returning the watch and they said that the policy was 14 days for me to return the watch, (I was three days late) so there was nothing they can do. They asked me to send pictures and video showing the problem so they can fix it as part of the warranty.
