I give 2 stars cause I received most of my belongings when I moved 6 months ago. They lost a few items which I filled the necessary forms but they asked for receipts hahaha I just moved I downsized beforehand and had a house clean out I can’t find receipts. I’m asking for 500$ for PS 5 game console and estimated 300$ for various household items that are missing. I’ve got no response or compensation. This company didn’t even do the job correctly my disabled brother and grandson did most of the unloading of the truck. The driver was very rude and didn’t do anything but stand there complaining. I paid a lot of money to be treated like I was an inconvenience. And honestly approached this company for either find my missing items or compensate me for them. What a terrible experience this was.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand why you’re upset. Missing items, claim frustration, and concerns about the unloading process are serious matters, and this is not the kind of experience we want anyone to have. Claims do require supporting documentation as part of the standard process, but we understand that after a move, especially following a downsizing and cleanout, locating receipts may not always be easy. That said, your concerns about the missing items, the lack of follow-up, and the service you described during delivery deserve a proper review. We also take feedback about driver professionalism and the unloading experience very seriously. No customer should feel dismissed or like they are being treated as an inconvenience. Please send us your job number and updated contact information directly so management can review the claim history, the delivery concerns, and see what can be done to address this properly.
