SwiftlaneReviews of swiftlane.com

Great Access System for Apartment Living I’ve had a great experience with Swiftlane. The system makes entering and exiting the building convenient and secure, and I especially appreciate being able to use my phone for access. The app is easy to use, and the overall system adds an extra level of security and peace of mind. I also like the convenience of being able to manage access for visitors. Overall, Swiftlane is a modern, convenient, and user-friendly system that makes apartment living easier.

Works great. Love the codes.

This system just works well. Easy to access, I also love the face recgonition process. Makes going out for a work out so much easier. It would be super cool if we had specific people like cleaners or something that we coudl grand access to to the face scan also to be able to get into an apartment to do the same thing.

Prompt and helpful responses. Clear and concise directions.

Love that it only allows people with given permission inside. Really appreciate we're given the opportunity to provide to guests their own personal code, including for delivery companies. And I appreciate the customer service department, Quick & Easy...

Swiftlane is very easy to use. It quickly recognizes your face (I do enjoy making new faces) and unlocks the door. Giving friends their personal codes to have easy access to our apartment is also super handy. When my mom visits, the code gives her simple access to come and go while I'm at work. Occassionally, it needs to reset, but it happens very quickly. The first time I thought it would mean I'd have to stand outside for five minutes, but was more like 30 seconds. I use it to enter the building multiple times a day, as well as, to get into the package room, exercise room, and pool. Convenient, safe, easy, and reliable. I recommend this system for apartment buildings.

I’ve been using Swiftlane every day to enter and exit my apartment building, and it’s been a great experience. The app is easy to use, reliable, and makes getting into the building quick without needing to carry physical keys. I also like that it uses secure password-protected access, so only authorized residents can use it, which adds an extra layer of security. Overall, it’s a convenient and dependable access system that makes daily life easier. I wish there was an option to generate one time passwords for deliveries and such but other than that its a great application

Not having to use a key to enter my building makes me feel more secure. I never have to worry about being locked out. The facial recognition is accompanied by a pleasant chime which makes me feel welcome and at home.
