I ordered the mattress from Home Depot
I ordered the mattress from Home Depot, and had questions about it inflating. Customer service was very responsive and helpful - and prompt! I was offered a 'topper' and when that one couldn't be shipped to Hawaii, offered a credit on something similar. And, I like the mattress, too! This company is a role model for what customer service should be like. Many thanks!

Helpful and Responsive Customer Service
I made an order for the 10in full size Twilight | Pillow Top Memory Foam & Inner Springs Hybrid Mattress with an added 2-Inch Ultra Soft Mattress Topper. The mattress was shipped via FedEx 3 days later and arrived 4 business days later (NJ to CA). I gave some time for the mattress topper to arrive and contacted customer service when I did not receive any notifications. Customer service was very responsive and was able to ship out a replacement.

12" Sweetnight Mattress…
We ordered our 12" Sweetnight mattress from Amazon. It came yesterday morning, and we promptly removed it from the box and placed it on our bed frame. It appears to be very well-constructed, and the detail on the top of the mattress is really impressive. I did contact Sweetnight with some questions prior to ordering the mattress, and they responded quickly. This mattress was purchased for my wife. She slept really well on it the first night and was delighted with the comfort.

Very helpful Company
I purchased a mattress from this company but unfortunately had a problem with it. Their Customer Service were fantastic and sent reply emails very quickly and resolved my problem very efficiently and quickly.
