Amazing Service
My husband and I had issues with our mattress that we purchased 3 years ago. I called SweetNights customer service and explained our situation. Representative asked for some information and once submitted I was almost immediately contacted with a resolution. They replaced the mattress with one of my choosing. I have to say the customer service was equal to Amazon. Wonderful Customer Service, delightful interaction, competent staff, excellent communication and totally service oriented.

great customer service Although I was initially unhappy with the softness of the mattress I ordered, Sweetnight worked with me to get a replacement at no charge that I am very happy with. Even though I initially purchased through Amazon, contacting customer support was easy and the end result is great.

This company has amazing customer service. They are kind, quick and listen to your concerns. They hold true on their warranty and are an honesty company! I love my new mattress! It’s so comfortable and I’m so happy with a goodnight sleep!

Great affordable mattresses.
I own two Sweetnight mattresses, both are very good for the price point. Customer service is also good, they were very helpful with an issue that I needed resolved.
