Still waiting on an order I ordered 10 days ago did not receive any sort of Confirmation email after purchasing so when chasing up had no reference number. Told end of last week it would be with me this week, I had to double check where they are actually based with such long delivery time frames. They'll gift influencers left, right and centre and can't deliver to Paying customers. Be the last time I place an order with them they seem to prefer giving the freebies to the instagrammers than actually running a business.

Currently waiting on my order, I emailed them twice to get an update on the status of my order and still have not received any correspondence from them.

Waiting nearly 3 weeks for my order contacted them and they said delivery would be 1 to 2 days after a week I sent another email to which I was told 1 to 2 days then they stopped answering my emails so I went on Facebook which my posts have been deleted now eventually got my order will definitely not be ordering again from sweetking

Ignored emails, wrong items and then I tried to reorder a cost to myself and after 10 days I got an automated email to say order refunded but nothing from them

The sweets are just amazing, I order the mystery bag and I love it. Customer service is also great they answer me very fast and also made sure that I received my sweets. Simply amazing. Will definitely be ordering again!

Bit of a delay with delivery but I was not in a rush for them, contacted through Instagram yesterday and with a prompt reply I received them today! 😃 Customer service couldn’t be more helpful! Small businesses are struggling during these times and it takes a certain type of person to sit back and understand that! It’s nice to be nice 😀
