Very poor/ slow service for the delivery of a bag of sweets within ireland. Contacted 3 times and was told they’d be with me the next day and never showed up. I also requested the tracking information which was never given to me.

I ordered these sweets for my sons 2nd birthday. Unfortunately despite ordering the week before they didnt arrive on time. After a week customer services replied to my email and in fairness I received my order the day after . I only have the Classic Bag opened so far but we are very happy with the contents and variety of sweets. I would probably order again but just well in advance. I would also advice that the company take down the 1 to 2 day delivery as this is why people are getting so agitated bcoz they are ordering and then not receiving their orders in time for functions

Not one bad word to say, if i listed the goods i would be here all day. Definitely would recommend trying as you would not regret, all the sweets is worth the price as you get more than what you usually would at your typical local shop. 10/10 service from the staff right to the delivery.

Very poor service. I ordered 2 sweet bags as a gift for someone and they never arrived on time, despite more than a two week window. On top of that they released a statement saying they were experiencing delays, but yet continued to push out promotions to drive there sales up. Would it not make more sense to honour the orders you already have instead of taking on more orders which you clearly can’t fulfil? I wouldn’t go near this company again, and certainly won’t be recommending it to others.

Got a few bags for my child birthday and a few American box’s kids loved them o loved them even more when it came to movie night will be ordering again so I will thanks guys

Iv ordered from sweet king multiple times and every time I was extremely satisfied with my orders. Iv also been down to there stall down the Marina Market more than a dozen times and each time I left with some goodies while also receiving the best customer service ! I will no doubht continue to buy from them !
