Love my leggings I work at a desk and recently invested in a sit to stand desk for my home office. I try to move frequently but still have problems with leg swelling. These leggings are amazing for this problem. Since I started wearing them while working at home, the swelling is minimal and I can feel the benefits of the resistance bands without adding much activity to my work day. I work a lot so this feels like an efficient way to multitask work and workouts (sort of). The benefits justify the cost of these leggings.

I absolutely love the all overflex leggings because I can feel during any movement the resistance which helps tone my entire lower body. I purchased the high rise although the resistance is on upper thigh down. The pockets are great for my cell phone and id. I will be purchasing more to add to the 4 pair I already have!!!
