I've bought quite a few pairs of these leggings and love them! I am still getting adjusted to the bands and making sure they are placed properly. Regardless, I've been wearing them for a few weeks now and I am loving the results - they really intensify my workouts!

I had never heard of this company or leggings with resistance bands, so I was pleasantly surprised, after wearing them while I walked, how much they made a difference in my work out! I was a bit skeptical, but they really do work, and they also look great, are made well, and are comfortable. I plan to buy another pair or two in different colors!

5 Stars for Product 1 Star (less if they had it) for RETURNS & EXCHANGES I have made NUMEROUS attempts to do an exchange of 2 items. Their stupid online portal is INFURIATING and keeps looping back (you can only return or exchange one item at a time). IF YOU ORDER YOU BETTER BE SURE OF YOUR SIZE or you will be stuck with unwearable and quite expensive items with NO HELP getting exchanged.

I am a very active 56 yr old female that tracks her exercise/ activity through my Apple Watch, and my calorie burning numbers have almost doubled wearing the sweet flex leggings! I’m 5’7” and 135 lbs I read that the leggings ran on the small side so I started with a size 8, then a size 6 and finally a size 4, and I found that the 4 was perfect for me.

I have ordered multiple things from this company and first off the customer service is absolutely amazing. They are so nice and helpful. They will go over and beyond to ensure that everything is exactly as to what is advertised on their website. The quality of the pants is unbelievable. You definitely feel a difference when you are working out in it or if you’re just wearing it throughout the day. I can’t feel the resistance when I’m working out and when I’m even sitting down. It is made with high-quality material and the fit is fantastic. The original pair that I purchased well over a year ago has held its shape and I work out six days a week. I highly recommend this company. Just note that the fit is tighter than your typical Gym outfits. Definitely the best pair of athletic clothing that I have owned
