Ordered a Rose Bear from them for my daughter for Valentine’s Day. They sent me a tracking number that can’t be tracked and then said to be patient that they received a large amount of orders for Valentine’s Day. I sent an email before Valentine’s Day to make sure it would arrive on time and received a generic reply that they are working on it. It’s almost the end of February and still no package or update. I would not use them ever again. Buyer beware

Terrible terrible terrible! Stay away at all costs. They will assure one thing and do the complete opposite. The customer care line is a joke it goes nowhere. If you email them you'll be lucky to hear back within 24 hours. They took my money created a shipping lable and then did nothing with it. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!!!!!

I ordered something for my son for Christmas this year and ordered it in plenty of time before the holidays. It actually said that it would arrive before Christmas and it didn’t. Meanwhile I message customer service over and over and over and they were not helpful at all. Despite the phone number you call you don’t actually get to talk to an actual person it just tells you that they are super busy right now and to please email them. Which as I said I did over and over and I got responses but it was basically stating for me to track a package that was untrackable by UPS. I guess this is what I should expect one ordering something from China I should’ve known better than to do it. This was one of my sons big Christmas presents and he had to wait until January 15th to get it. This whole situation was very frustrating and the fact that I can’t actually talk to somebody makes it all the more worse.

This is a terrible company, which obviously prides itself on false advertising, fraudulence, fake reviews, and theft from the consumer. I was sent a pair of damaged pants, with a hole in them and threads coming apart at the seam. I sent an e-mail to customer service (Nikka) immediately reporting the problem, and they replied asking for an image of the item. I sent two clear images of the item, and I never did receive a reply back. When I attempted to call their customer service number on their website, it was simply a voice recording, and there was no way to actually talk to anyone. They’ve done an excellent job of ignoring me, while stealing my money in the process. This company is a scam, not to mention it takes up to four weeks to even receive your order in the mail and trust me, it is most definitely not worth the wait. BEWARE! I’m in the process of reporting them to the federal trade commission and spreading the word to hopefully save other consumers to falling victim of this awful company.
