Trying to cash out and receive money that I won. Why is it so difficult for you guys to pay someone when they win

I have been a loyal and profitable customer for over a year. Sweepstakes Mobi owes me 400 dollars and will not pay me!! I am livid. They blocked me from the chat feature so I have no way of getting this issue resolved. I emailed them since it's the only way to talk to anyone and they haven't responded. I have never been this mad in my life!!! Do not play on this site. They are scammers like no other. I am going to write a review every single day to warn people. I'm so pissed!!
