Used this platform for years an on an off good an bad results wins some lose some had a losing streak but once I turned it around an started winning consistently I got a error message saying deposits temporary disabled funny though that they said it was just the one platform an they didn’t have an answer to when they would be available I spoke to atleast 4 different people all with four different answers then I started reading up on it an seeing others getting this same issue… bottom line is if you get good at the games and catch on to when it’s paying out an they notice you cash out to often they’ll flag your account an give you the run around an you can never get in direct contact with an administrator which makes it sketchier never mind when you find out they are using pirated software the actual developer of golden dragon will have nothing to do with this platform enjoy looking into that an diving deeper

If anyone knows of any similar sites that offer gaming platforms like these could you help me out and let me know what some are. I used to love this site, although the customer service chat has always been slow. But the other day I logged in to see if my 100 cash out had been processed yet and my account is banned. I can no longer even get into my account and I started a chat and the only reply I can get is to email the admin, which I did but I do not expect to receive an email back anytime soon, because the last time I emailed the admin I did not receive any type of reply until 3 and a half weeks later. So not only did I not get the 100 deposited before they banned my account but I also had 200 in one of my gaming platforms that I can not withdraw to my wallet for cashout, although I can log into the game platform and play and have increased the 200 amount to 400, i cannot cash it out anyways. So, I feel like I have lost out on 500 and there is not anything I can do about it. I did not have any problems with this site before, but when they changed there withdrawal process to not include debit or credit card and I added my banking info for the ACH deposit they banned me with no explanation.

They were good at one point...but NOT anymore. They dont even have golden dragon anymore. It's "golden dragon city" now. Which is a temu version of the original. Same with Orion stars. The links don't even go to the original websites. And when you make a deposit and its not credited, oh well. It's not there fault. The customer is never right and you'll only be told to be patient. Thats their idea of resolution. Half of their listed games are "temporarily disabled" anyways. I've been playing here for 4 years loyaly. I've recommended them, dozens of times up until about 6 months ago. Things started to change and not in a good way.

I had $100 in winnings in my wallet that I requested to cashout, and then the funds were removed from my wallet. The cashout ended up failing for whatever reason, but the funds were not returned back to my wallet. I have sent three emails regarding this matter but I get no response whatsoever. This is not acceptable because that is my money, not to mention that I have made thousands of dollars worth of deposits since I've been a customer. I won't make any more deposits until this issue is resolved. Don't know what else to do, unfortunately.

Trying to cash out and receive money that I won. Why is it so difficult for you guys to pay someone when they win

The website states that you get a $50 signup bonus for signing up. After I signed up it said I had to go through a verification process before I could get bonus. After submitting proper documents to get verified and after I was approved it said I would need to email them to request the bonus be added to my account. I have emailed them 4 times in regard to this matter with no response and I have also tried contacting their “live support” on their website and never get a reply back from them either. I would be cautious if you plan to sign up with them.

I originally wrote a nice review after speaking with I guess the manager. He was very nice and fixed my issue quickly. But I’m taking back said nice review. But I got played like so many before me. He told me cash out times were a lot quicker than they were prior and still nothing sent to me. It’s a scam to keep you playing in hopes that you will play out all your winnings instead of waiting days for them to actually pay you out which works in their favor a lot. Bunch of bullcrap.

Bittersweet dealing with this company cashout takes at least 24 hours and if u redeem more then one day it will take over 24vhours thy want to draw out the cash out process in hopes the longer thy rake the more u will play it out ugh tht I don't like
