Greedy Casino
I had a welcome bonus for 10.00. The casino wanted me to make a deposit before they would give me my bonus that they sent me. I even sent the customer service guy a picture of the bonus say I didn't need to make a deposit and he argued with me for 20mins say I did. Finally I told him just to close my account. It was just ridiculous fighting over 10.00

They did right.. (Updated Review)
Love the site for the most part.. usually the support is good. But I paid for a promo email offer and didn't receive everything. I say something and they was quick to try and resolve it.... So they said. (Update) They kept up with what they said. And even threw an extra perk with it. Now granted, I would have givin 5.. but the whole closing my convos and only the 1 initial response.. needs work. But other than that, it's a good site.

Just signed up
Just signed up. No welcome bonus. Purchased a package for 9.99 got 20.00 SC coins. Played the 20.00 never got a win over 1.00. I know how gambling works, if you want more players to play, offer an incentive. I will stick with the platforms that you can actually play longer than 15 minutes on 20.00.

Hello Tori, We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We want to clarify that upon your purchase of the $9.99 package, the welcome bonus was successfully applied, which included the 20 SC and also 250,000 GC. This package is designed to provide both Super Coins for potential redemptions and a significant amount of Gold Coins for extended play. We recognize that game outcomes are based on chance, and while we strive to offer engaging entertainment, individual play sessions can vary. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. Best regards, SweepLuxe Team

Honestly impressed this is a great site
I am fairly new to this site, and I have already made two successful redemptions, each time I needed to speak with customer service they were prompt and quick to answer questions and got everything solved very quickly. They're very helpful and wonderful to work with. 10 out of five stars

I made my first and only so far…
I made my first and only so far purchase a few days ago for $9.99 receiving $20.00. I couldn’t loose! I played and played and got up to nearly $4k in a few hours and yes I’m a gambler so pushed it and got Down to $1500 made redemption for $810 Saturday 5/31 then kept winning and made another for $989 and had over $1k to play with and I again pushed it and finally took it down to under $100 and unbelievably took it back up way way way up and stupidly blew it but I’m still way up from my purchase . Now while wanting to kick myself and too embarrassed to tell anyone really what I blew and I’m bummed I’m still very excited and happy with platform. I took many many screen recordings, screen shots and recorded play from phone on my iPad to capture the insane wins so I have the proof of the great potential for players, I also have all that to see what I could of had lol. I know I’m not alone here ;) I am waiting for my redemptions still hoping to see that they come within the day or two given I started process on a Saturday night I didn’t read but can only assume they didn’t even. Start process fully until Monday (yesterday) .. I’ll update the stars+ once redemptions come so long as that happens.
