Occasionally, despite everyone’s best efforts and the documents provided, our automated verification system is simply unable to confirm an identity with 100% certainty. When this happens, our hands are unfortunately tied, as we must adhere to these safety standards without exception. It isn’t a reflection of her at all; it’s just a technical wall we aren't able to bypass.
