My overall experience or review of Sweet jungle Casino is there adding a more and more growing variety of games each week passes I’ve been unable to cash out as of yet, so I cannot review or touch on the legitimacy or the speeds of the redemptions although there is zero suspicion in my mind that they would not pay you out Only thing that I can say that I would like to see in the coming weeks or months is three card poker also, I feel like they’re daily notices that you could be slightly better. They’re not terrible but they’re not the best all in all overall this is a a smooth running very prompt customer service responding casino.

Story time! A story u may want to read if you care about being lied to, scammed out of winnings, defrauded...this is important to know about this site and their sister site before purchasing n playing.. For weeks, you've purchased and played with no issues at all on Sweepjungle.com, a sweeps casino, they take your money happily and with no delays...always a fun time despite losing each time...until today, that is...today that changes, you buy an $11 package that popped up on your screen for $5.99, you pick a random volatile game that normally drains your balance within minutes but today, today you get lucky, or so you thought...you spin into a couple features that pay out a good amount, especially considering your only betting 20¢, you verify your identity and put in the redemption request for $600, super stoked! You reflect on the convo u just had with a customer service rep like 30 mins prior, when u wanted to make sure that the extra $5 that you noticed in your balance after you purchased, wasn't going to be counted as 'free play', that it wasn't going to cause any issues with redeeming, should you get lucky of course. The rep, Arthur, clarified the $5 was from a referral reward, he reassures you that you won't have any issues redeeming, there aren't any issues or limitations on your account, n your good to go! You think back on that chat with Arthur and breathe a sigh of relief, feeling assured that despite never redeeming on this site, you should have no issues..You share the screenshot with your wife of the $600 pending redemption and the screen record video from the Hacksaw game (Pray for Three, one of my faves) that was hitting..both excited after a month losing streak, It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood..or is it..? 20 mins after submitting the redemption request, you get a notification from your revolut app, for 'pending refunds' from SweepJungle, your heart sinks..the excitement, happiness and assurance you had dissipates, as you check your email and realize that sweep jungle is employing their known 'breached our TOS' tactic that they have used on countless others, they claim you have violated their TOS by operating 'multiple accounts', they tell you your account is closed and your winnings are void. They refund you the $22 in purchases you've made across 3 separate purchases/weeks, n that's that. You just got scammed out of the winnings you legitimately won on their site, scammed by the company themselves despite being an honest player with only one account, an account that you've actually stayed logged into in Chrome since you joined..they still chose this route..they provide no evidence, no actual proof to substantiate/validate their 'multi account' claim against you, they simply lie, cheat n scam players out of their winnings, a 'loophole' that allows them to not honor winnings that are substantially more than the sum of all the deposits/purchases from that player...They claim you breached their TOS via a vaguely worded copy/paste email, refund your purchases n cancel your account/void your redemption, rather than honoring your winnings, rather than honoring their own terms or holding any ounce of integrity as a company..they violate sweepstakes casino regulations/laws, regulations/laws that exist solely so slimy companies can't take advantage, defraud and deceive their customers/players, regulations that give players/customers rights, and recourse, the option to hold a company accountable after being lied to, defrauded, and harmed by them. Regulations that exist BECAUSE of companies like SweepJungle/Sixty6. I refuse to accept this level of dishonesty and deception..they need to be held accountable or shuttered, justice needs to be served for people that get defrauded by them, and we need to be loud and vigilant in our demands for fair and equal treatment, transparency, and integrity from companies that take our money in exchange for providing a service...but then refuse to honor the terms of their own service when push comes to shove..I encourage others who've also been scammed out of winnings on these sites to join me in my fight to hold these slime balls accountable. 👏🤙 Copy/paste this story if you want, it's genuine/authentic, it is my own experience..I refuse to be silent and allow them to get away with this..if you've had similar experience, contact the BBB, FTC, your states AG office, file a complaint with any/all of the major casino resource sites that pop up on the first two pages of Google...comment on their fbook posts so other players can be warned..don't give up, don't go silent and let them win. They need to be held accountable...they WILL be held accountable.

I was made aware of this site thru a Facebook ad but when I signed up I used my google email. I only played with this one account but when I won $400 and went to redeem I was told I had two accounts and that was against terms and conditions so my account blocked and no winnings sent. I tried to explain my case to the “fraud team” that I had only played and only verified one account but to no avail. So I would say beware of this site. Especially if you win because they are going to find some kind of rule not to have to pay you. I would not recommend this site! A month after posting this review a lovely letter from your team expressing they were sorry and would like to make things right. This response was purely for show because my account was blocked and no effort made to make things right even after further emails and explanations were sent. So again be careful of this site!

Great casino

So I have been playing with them for about 4-6 weeks and everything has been fine. I loved this casino my redemptions were almost instant happening within sometimes the hour but now I am waiting and it’s taking days. I don’t know where the shift came in but if my redemption is sent today I will update my review to 5 stars.
