Excellent site! Put my first redemption in and received it in a couple of hrs to my debit card! A++

Stay away. I did get some of my winnings but they offen do re-verification even if you are fully verified already for redemptions in the past. I think this is their tactic to delay your redemptions and for you to cancel it and to play again. But for purchases? No questions asked, no verification or anything. Just stay away. Not worth the money and stress. Also, games are only paying when you first play them but after that, all rigged.

pretty sure this place is a scam i used a visa card but it kept saving it as a discover card im guessing they do trhis so if you win you cant redeem because the cards different i contacted customer service they didnt help at all so later i used a different card to buy coins was playing and my gameglitched kept spinning i refreshed and the bonus i built up was reset on the 3 pots again contacted support no help nothing was done im not sure how a visa card keeps being savedas a discover cardbut seems like some mickey mouse BS in the jungle DO NOT PLAY HERE THEY CAP WINS AND PAYOUTS

Don’t recommend!!!!! This site is a scam!!!!!

Love playing here. They are optimized very well & smooth gameplay. Support is quick to respond for any concerns and love all the different bonus and side quest etc. great time here, truly. Best part is how swift their redemptions are. Been same day for me.

If you hit something big you’re not Gunna be paid! This site makes up rules as it goes. I feel like the slots are loose by design because if you hit anything substantial you can only redeem 3k a week and only have 10 redemptions in a month the live chat is amazing but policy here is the worst I’ve ever seen in a sc casino! First redemption smooth took maybe 24 hrs! After that I hit a max win of 10k and it was all down hill from there!! Take your money else where! This place ain’t it and they don’t deserve your business I’ve had redemptions in since the 31st of March, today is April 4th and still haven’t received anything other than made up rules and stall tactics to keep me from my winnings. I have all the live chat logs and emails, live chat is the only thing good about this casino but they can’t really do much for you! The fraud team is slow as they can be, apparently there’s a vip team but I would’ve never known til today. As soon as i realized I wasn’t gunna be payed I played back my winnings and asked for an account closure but apparently since im a vip member a vip manager has to email me to Fully shut down the account. Seems pretty odd to me! There’s so many better options out there! Trust me you’ll wanna stay out of this jungle

so i have been playing there bought sc from them they said the one time i win that its from free sc it is 1 of the bad places to play dont spend your money or time there

Leon..Leon…LEON…I was so confused had my dates wrong and all I know I probably came off as rude or a ass but he was so kind and helpful with my redemption process.. and everything cleared today!! Thank you so much
