!!!Caution!!! buy $ and redeem at your own risk!
The fact that your platform can allow you to purchase an offer and then strategically rip away any winnings in your own favor based on the casinos own mishaps or mishandling of an offer this shouldn't fall upon the players or customers for buying into this fraudulent casino. I do momentarily have this app but after seeing your response to a redemption request and your cowerdness to hide behind a terms and conditions statement im deleting ASAP I do not feel comfortable with you having access to any of my account details with that being said I'll remove and delete and block everything pertaining to Sweepjungle.

Redemption length of time
The website runs smoothly with a all sorts of games to play. That being said i made a redemption request but its not showing any info. I got one notification in game that my redemption would be processed at some point but past that there is no info on the website saying if it has been processed or not. Its been 3 days and im still waiting for an update or the funds to hit my account. Ill revise the review when I get an update

Verification is a complete joke
Verification is a complete joke. Ive had to submit documents 5 TIMES now after being repeatedly sent emails saying my account is fully verified. I kept trying to redeem and it was still saying my account was unverified. They kept saying it was a “glitch in their system” and that they’re working to fix it. It’s been 4 days now and I just got another email saying they need more documents even though I’ve already been “fully verified” multiple times now! A complete joke! If and when I get my redemption from this site, I will never spend a dime here again. This is a warning to those considering playing here. It’s literally not worth it. So many more trustworthy casinos to play at. Don’t waste your time here. If i could rate 0 stars I would. Ive never had verification issues like this on any other site.

Like others I was contacted by the AntiFraud team first to provide selfies with the card and card photos, and bank statements. Still waiting on that to clear. While I’m highly satisfied with the RTP and winnings I’ve received, buyer beware that you can only claim 1k every 24 hours and anything over 500 may take 7 business days plus additional verifications to clear. This is actually crazy, I’ve never seen anything like this. If you win big good luck. Haven’t received anything yet, will be glad to update if I receive my winnings, was excited but now not feeling confident about getting it :(
