SWAUReviews of swau.com

These guys are legit and one of few companies you can trust with your items and to send you items you've ordered and paid for.

For my pre-order Finn autograph, I got everything that I expected, and SWAU followed all my instructions to an amazing level. I am extremely satisfied with this autograph. I chose the picture, the ink color and the autograph and photo turned out beautiful.

Amazing service that exceeded my expectations! At first I was skeptical as this was my first “send-in signing” and had my concerns. I went ahead and placed the order yet realized I had done it incorrectly, I reached out to SWAU to ask if there was anything that could be done to resolve the problem and the customer service team responded promptly and helped me through the process to which I was very pleased! All of which was done within a few hours of reaching out 10/10 customer service! The details on SWAU to help with how to ship, what to send etc is also a very helpful resource that everyone should know about as this is what helped my item come back EXACTLY AS I SENT IN! The final result is absolutely astounding and can be seen it was treated with professionalism and respect while in their hands which helped preserve condtion! I will forever cherish in my collection as this was a very special signing to me and for that I would RECOMMEND SWAU over and over to anyone having second thoughts don’t hesitate you won’t be disappointed! 10/10 ALL AROUND I could not be happier, thankyou again to everyone at the Swau team.

I have had only positive experiences with SWAU so far. All orders come with reference numbers and I receive multiple e-mails for confirmation, item received (for send-ins), dispatch, tracking and delivery which I appreciate for valuable items (autographed collectables). Their private signings have expanded over the years to offer many big names which you don't find elsewhere. I like that they also have an auction to allow people to sell their collectables. If you are looking to get a collectable signed or purchase an autographed collectable I would recommend SWAU.

I love SWAU. I sent an item in to get signed and got it back exactly how I wanted it. I even changed the color I wanted used to sign my Funko Pop but forgot to email them, so I put it on a sticky note and they made sure I got what I wanted. I highly recommend them and have already ordered another autograph from them.

Just purchased an auction item- fantastic quality and super fast delivery!

Always high quality guests and high quality autographs. Thank you for always getting great guests to add to my collection and taking great care of my items.

Good customer care
