Received my Natalie Portman autograph, packaging return was great and the placement of the auto and quote turned out great.

Got my Portman BS6 figure back yesterday. Auto looked great! I missed out on the first one, really glad y’all had a second signing with her!

Just got my 3 Natalie Portman autographs back and they all turned out awesome! Perfect placement, and the paint marker colors look great! Worth the wait! Thank you!!

Have done many send in with SWAU and have gotten really good results. Last one received was my Natalie Portman and I am loving how it came out.

Simply the best all around, customer service, item handling, shipping, authentication.. A++

This team really works hard for their customers. I am a huge Henry Cavill fan and I was so excited when I learned he was doing a signing. There were so many options to choose from. I requested two of my own photos and they worked to put them on the website so I could request them. I ended up buying three signed photos. Price was reasonable—only slightly more than what you’d find at a comic convention but you dont have to wait in line. I’m leaving a five star review just because of how well this was packaged. I was so nervous something would happen to my photo since the signing was in London. It arrived in a sealed package and inside the photo itself was actually deleted between two pieces of plastic and tape. It was very well done and I can tell they really take care of the items they send. I was very impressed. One thing I will say (and this is more on me) is that you should be specific if you want a personalization from a signer. I asked for a general message of love/thanks “to [my name]” but he just signed to my name with no other message. But at the same time I get it. One final thing I’ll say that was great is they really look to see where the autograph will look best. I’m sure this was a combination of Henry and the SWAU team. I requested that my photo be signed in the top right corner with a light purple. I was really nervous it wouldn’t show up. Henry signed at the bottom of the photo and I’m so glad he did. Looking at it now I can tell there is no way the top corner would have worked. I really feel like they did that for me and they didn’t have to. Honestly, they could do exactly what I said and I’d be stuck with an autograph I can’t really see. I had a great experience and I would buy another one if my husband hadn’t set the limit at 3…

Purchased my second item from SWAU recently. The first one was a pre-ordered customized signing, and while it did take a while for the signed poster to arrive, I experienced a good customer service through the process and the poster is immaculate. Recently purchased an item through their auctions, and have 0 complaints. Fast shipping, item WELL packaged and in mint condition. Pricy but well worth it.

SWAU is the only company that I would ever trust my treasured items with for various private autograph signings. They know how to put the customer first every step of the way. During the entire process from start to finish I am always well informed with each changing step. The team at SWAU sets the industry standard for great customer service and I look forward to being a customer for many years to come. Thank you.
