100% satisfied for respect of order and shipment through UPS with no extra custom fee

I’ve purchase many items from SWAU directly as well as their monthly auctions. Just a great overall company to deal with and all of the autographed photos (only collect photos) have been in pristine condition with well placed and crisp autographs. Would recommend to those who love collecting quality pieces.

Have done business with this company three times now. They have not let me down. They say what they do and they do what they say. Honest, reliable, professional and they handle your mail in items like it was their own. Which is extremely rare. I would recommend this company with no hesitation. I hope to do more business with them in the future.

Took a very long time but I’m happy with the result. Absolutely no problem. Mostly out of their control when they have to fit signings into the talents schedule Worth the wait.

Good instructions on how to order. During the process tracking information on the item (Natalie Portman signed 8x10). Instructions were followed well. Very pleased with my item.

Over the years I have purchased many pre-sale signed items from SWAU. All of them have been exceptional. This week I received my 16x20 "Black Swan" Natalie Portman. Totally blew me away. Perfect placement on the quote and is a work of art. The photo is being framed, but when it is finished I will post a photo of it. Thank you SWAU!

Fantastic experience!! Great communication (even if I was a pest!)! Incredibly satisfied that I got my item back from multiple stops intact and packaged better!! Highly highly recommend!! Definitely using again!!!
