Fraud. Very pathetic or fraudulent customer service

Order the 2 mangalsutra for wife on 9th July and payment also done 999 but still I was not yet received the any tracking number and order number this is fraud site don't buy any jewellery from swashaa.

Pathetic product and even more pathetic customer service. The product tarnished in less than a month. Customer service was not at all interested in the issue. Never buy from them.

I ordered 7 jwellery pieces from swashaa through a prepaid order but I have received only 5 jwellery pieces...2 of them are missing. Customer care service is too bad they are not giving a proper solution not even responding to a complaints

They sent me completely wrong items I've paid 2000+ and orderd a birthday gift and they sent me full kids items

Very bad customer care. I had ordered a kids bracelet, first time it came broken and when the exchanged product arrived it was also broken and they are blaming me to take an unboxing video rather than focusing on their mistake and they such confidence that even the third time it will come broken and requesting me to send an unboxing video.nitvready to refund. This most certainly a scam business. My order was set to arrive a week ago. The tracking link says its out for delivery for the past 1 week. customer care won't respond and thr delivery link is broken. Avoid buying from here at any cost. I request others you have faced the same issue to go and report their social media page.
