Terrible company. The bracelet I bought broke within a day. I eamiled them and was asked to send a copy of the receipt. All I got back was an email saying their records show item had been delivered. Then nothing

Was just looking in the website checking out the prices for each payment method.. other payment methods however opened another window.. as soon as I clicked on the COD link the order was immediately placed !!!! Was wondering why the price difference and thought of looking into details but the order was placed. I repeatedly mailed them to cancel the order before shipping but no within 12 hrs the order was packed and dispatched wtf.. they didn't even bother to see the mails and messages I sent as soon as the order was placed. I didn't wanted to order.. I even told them I would refuse to accept at delivery guess they don't care.

Very poor product.also very tiny earrings. Better not buying this. Also they are charging high for the return. I won't suggest this page anymore

I have purchased ring, bracelets and necklace. Product claims to be annti tarnish and also anti allergic, because I am allergic to any metal apart from gold and silver. I have been wearing Palmonas almost more than a year and that I wear regular basis. I did not have any skin reaction allergies on either the colour faded, but the chain from Swashaa which I was wearing within a month I started getting reaction on my neck and when I reported they couldn’t do about it and also the ring which I purchased the metal started appearing, so it’s completely tarnished. It’s not an anti tarnish as they claim to be. I can see the copper is coming out. Now i understand why the product are cheaper. It’s not for daily use and people who have allergic prone and sensetive skin please don’t buy.

My wife selected a nice necklace and bangles which I was gifting her for our anniversary. I have not received my item. My order has been stuck at a warehouse for over a week because of “missing documents”, and their support service has failed to respond to any contact for support.

⚠️ PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING FROM SWASHAA ⚠️ I ordered seven necklaces from Swashaa, and unfortunately, the quality was extremely disappointing. The jewelry arrived tarnished and did not look like gold at all. The pendant and chain on the same necklace were even two completely different shades, which made the poor quality very obvious. The products were marketed as 18K gold plated, but based on what I received, they were nowhere close to looking like 18K gold plating—or even like properly polished gold jewelry. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. I contacted them multiple times, sent numerous pictures and videos, and had to repeatedly explain the same issue. Instead of offering a refund to my original payment method, I was told that I could only receive store credit. On top of that, I am expected to pay the return shipping for jewelry that arrived in this condition. Now I am essentially stuck with store credit for a website where I don’t even want to purchase anything else. I shouldn’t have to spend more money just to use credit after receiving products that I believe were not as described. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience from the product quality to the customer service and return process. My advice: be very careful before ordering. I personally would not purchase from Swashaa again and cannot recommend them based on my experience.

Appalling store do not buy from them. They send you a completely wrong item that you did not order. Then when you email for a refund they get back to you after several weeks AFTER the 7 days request is over. Terrible terrible customer service please do not buy from them

Horrible customer service and delivery. It’s been 10 days for a prepaid order and it’s not clear when the order will come. They are just nonsense. Don’t buy anything.
