Very disappointed with Sweshaa. I received a defective bracelet, the stone was coming out. I contacted support for replacement but now they are not responding at all. Quality is very poor and customer service is worse. I expected better. I will not recommend this brand to anyone. ---

Ordered earring for buy 1 get 1 offer. One pair that also both earrings damaged and mail takes forever for a reply. Their return link don't work they have a complete useless app also. If they are giving storecredit I wont be spending again or ordering beacuse I got trust issue now. Beware and dont purchase. Just fake marketing. Pathetic.

I chose 1 star cos it doesn't have below that. I recieved 5 products delivered today and the quality is pathetic than the roadside items sold. When I contacted the customer support team there is only one agent who takes the call and disconnects the moment he hears my voice cos on the first call I said I need this to be returned. This is a fake jewellery company marketing as Anti tarnish and all. Il sue them cos their pictures dont match the items they ship.il leave a review on every platform so people dont get scammed.

Pathetic experience, i wish I would have seen reviews first,for the first time I orders with u guys for raksha Bandhan, after 20 days they totally me its not possible, i mean when the time is close and i cant send anything u guys declined it, please take responsibility for your mistake

Worst customer service ever. They shipped wrong item to me and didn’t send me return label. Told me when I’ll return the item I get Swashaa credit. Worst service and worst delivery.

I wish there was zero review option cuz that is what I would give Swashaa. Please do not buy anything from them. They don't answer the phone number given on the website. I have emailed them a few times and their response has been the order has been shipped. It has been over a month now with no definite date as to when the order will be delivered. I think this is a fraud company. Stay away.

My experience with swashaa is not good at all. I have to communicate with them via email regarding the updates of my order. First I ordered few things I got the package after a month and then the quality was not what I expected when I see the picture. After that I returned all the items and pay extra for the return package. Then order again with the money I spent because this company has no refund policy. It’s been more than 15 days I submit the order. I did email twice and still no response. I did dm on insta too but no reply. I didn’t ask anything extra just asking the updates for my order.
