This order was delivered, and afterward the charge was disputed with the bank. The dispute was resolved in the customer’s favor, meaning the $497 purchase price was returned — while the customer also kept all three sabers. So at this point, the customer has both the full refund and the products. We also want to clarify that the three sabers in this order were SWA DuraBlade combat sabers — The Conqueror II, Redeemer II, and Fallen II — specifically built for dueling, not Pixel replicas. Pixel and DuraBlade are two different product lines with different technology and pricing. If there is a genuine manufacturing issue, our DuraBlade combat sabers are backed by our Lifetime Dueling Warranty, and we repair or replace confirmed defects. But describing the transaction as if the customer paid $497 and was simply left with defective products is no longer an accurate picture of what ultimately happened, because the purchase amount was returned and the sabers were retained.
