Hoping things get better! I…
I have followed the instructions I received with the nighttime glasses, wearing them the prescribed amount of time before going to bed. I’ve slept 2 to 3 hours and then have been awake 2 to 3 hours in the middle of the night. Maybe I just need more time for my body to adjust. It’s only been three nights. My fingers are crossed for better results in the future!

Thank you so much for giving your Night Swannies a try and for sharing how things have been going so far. You're absolutely right — it can take a little time for your body and sleep cycle to adjust, especially if your system is still syncing with the new routine. Here are a few gentle tips that might help support the transition: Be consistent: Keep wearing your Swannies at the same time each evening, ideally 1–2 hours before bed. Limit screen exposure: Even with the glasses, try to avoid bright, stimulating content right before bed. Create a wind-down routine: Things like dimming the lights, using calming scents (like lavender), and avoiding caffeine late in the day can all help. Watch your wake-up lighting: Try to get natural sunlight exposure in the morning — it helps reinforce your body’s internal clock. Wishing you peaceful, restorative sleep ahead!
