Patience is a virtue. I understand the Australian laws which are very strict. They tried their best to have delivered at the first place, but then it was not cleared through customs, they sent another order again and it got delivered very quickly. The team kept me updated at every step, it is just that I was sending them emails everyday to keep a follow up. I would say that they proactively should keep the customer updated about the product.
