I rate Swadesi.com ZERO. It's a total scam with non operational phone number. You will not get your order nor did I. So please beware of this online fraud website and do not order from here unless you want to waste your money.

First of all , besides email, there is no way to reach this company. I placed order for three items and after a long delay , only one arrived. It is difficult to reach to find whats happening with the rest. Will NEVER risk ordering from this fraud site

Very sorry to tell you this order never arrived . There came a package fro swadesi all it had was a bottle of medicine. I don’t trust your store or delivery anymore my 70$ has gone waste and there is no way I could get it back

I placed an order with Swadesi and the items never arrived. It appears they are selling products they don’t actually have in stock, taking people’s money, and then refusing to issue refunds when nothing is delivered. When I tried to resolve it through my bank, they even used Bible quotes in their messages, which felt manipulative and completely inappropriate — especially when the issue is simple: I paid for items that never came. This company has now been reported. In my experience, they are dishonest, unprofessional, and not trustworthy. Avoid this website and protect your money and time

I want to give 0. I placed an order with Swadesii and never received it. I tried reaching out several times but got no response at all. No delivery, no tracking, and no customer support. Very poor experience.

Ordered a rug from this site, which I thought was bizarre because they sell Indian food products, but it was out of stock on Amazon and I found it on here. Ordered 15 days ago which is longer than the 8-12 day delivery time they give, and I hadn’t heard anything since, so I chased them up by email. The email came back undelivered so I messaged on Instagram. Saw the reviews on here so I went to go claim a refund through my banking app. As I was filling out the form I get an email saying the order has been cancelled. Very odd. Don’t know how they got verified on Instagram because they are clearly scamming people. Avoid!!
