I liked how the swaddelini safe for baby. It provides a snug and secure fit that helps my baby feel calm and sleep longer without overheating. I also love how easy it is to use compared to traditional swaddles.

I can’t even give one star for this product or the customer service. This was the worst and most horrible experience ever. They agreed to a one-time return but required us to pay the return shipping, which we did. We followed all the instructions carefully. Instead of issuing the refund, they ignored the agreement and shipped the product back to us. In the end, we lost extra money on shipping and still had to pay for unused products. If you don’t want to waste your money, go somewhere else with better service — you won’t regret it.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience, as this is never the experience we want for any of our customers. While we were happy to make a one-time return exception for you, all returned items still need to pass our quality check in order to be eligible for a refund, as outlined in our return policy. This is why items that do not meet the return requirements are sent back. We completely understand how frustrating this situation must feel, especially after covering the return shipping cost, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. If you’d like, please reach out to our support team so we can review this further with you, we’re always here to help and would love the opportunity to assist.

We had a very poor experience with Swaddelini customer service. The company instructed us to return the product for a refund and required us to pay $14 for return shipping. After we followed their instructions and shipped the product back, they informed us they would not accept the return and are sending the product back to us. This is unfair and misleading. Customers should not be asked to pay return shipping and then have the return refused. We are now out the product and $14 in shipping costs. We are requesting a full refund and reimbursement of the return shipping. BTW: the reason we want to return was because they have a bad smell on the product!! Beware if you are considering buying from them!!

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. We take product hygiene very seriously, and all items go through a careful heat process with no scented products before being quality checked and individually packaged to prevent any outside smells.
