Do not trust this company. Before taking my deposit, they guaranteed they could pick up my vehicle on a specific date. Because of their commitment, I booked my flight around that schedule. On the day of the scheduled pickup, they stalled for hours, claiming they had a driver and promising to send me the details within the hour. I waited in good faith, only for them to tell me at the last minute to just leave my car unattended in a parking lot. Suggesting such an insecure solution is completely unacceptable. Since they failed to provide the agreed-upon service, they should have refunded my deposit immediately. Instead, they kept my money. Save yourself the stress, time, and money—do not give this company a deposit

These are scammers. I’m searching for a car shipment company, and I received a call from them. They gave me surety that they have a couple of drivers available on the route, and that was the bad time of my whole life that I received a call from them. When the shipment date occurred, they told me that in the next 2 hours they would provide me the driver’s details, but after 2 hours I didn’t receive a single call from them. So I gave them a call, and they told me that their trailer got broke down. I believed them and delayed my shipment for almost 2 weeks. They told me to keep my vehicle keys inside the vehicle below the seats and park it in the parking lot. That’s very weird to me and not really secure because I had a flight and had to move to another state. Everyone, please do not believe them. They are scammers. They are not reliable to believe, and I wish the government would take serious action on them so these scammers do not operate from any place.

They took my money to ship my car, and after that, they completely stopped communicating with me. It’s been almost 6 months now, and I still haven’t received the service I paid $125 for or my money back. I’ve called them over and over again, left messages, and tried every possible way to get in touch. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t return calls, and they completely ignore my messages. It’s like they disappeared the moment they got my payment. I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed. Based on my experience, I would never recommend this company to anyone. If you’re thinking about using them, please be careful. I wish I had read reviews like this before trusting them with my money.

After I put my previous review this company gave me threaten calls from anonymous numbers that if I will not remove the review so they sent the police, on each number I heard the same voice of Samson John he keep giving me threaten calls. Don’t trust them, they are not shipping company these guys are fraud.

They were able to help get my vehicle transported to me from a different state while staying within my budget. Very fast response times.

Having never shipped a car before Bryan Smith and his manager Anna Martin of Smooth Shipping and Cargo gave me a good quote, were helpful and informative through phone calls and texts. We expect to ship my granddaughters car later this summer from AZ to IL.

I hope this review reaches as many people as possible. I had a very bad experience with this company. I needed to transport two vehicles and they quoted me 1,650 which I should've known this was too good to be true but this is what they offered me, many times I asked regarding the contract which said this was an "estimate" Jason the sales guy told me repetitive times "I had nothing to worry" he said the price was not going to change and the date was an exact date. They collected $315.00 as deposit from me before they ensure they had a driver, on the day of the pick up I called them because it was late and still haven't heard anything they told me driver's wife was going to have a baby that day but they were looking for another driver. The next day they said that Sunday they might have a driver, well Sunday came and they didn't some other people were calling me and the guys from the dispatch called me and told me because I needed my shipment to be "urgent" it was going to come out to 3,150 when I had this already set with them so it was not urgent he was yelling at me and didn't let me speak he was so rude that I had to hung up. They were then calling me and sending me messages that if I didn't have money why did I signed the contract in the first place. (I have the messages) I asked them to cancel my order and they told me I had to pay 200 more to cancel and that they were not going to reimbursed me one penny just like that they said it. This was a very bad experience for me and I hope no one goes to the same experience be careful with the company you hire, ask your friends or family for recommendations instead. if you see a very good review it might be that they wrote it themselves. I wish I can post the screenshots of the messages for everyone to see them.
