This company was a scam because first they started by immediately wanting a two hundred dollar deposit which we did , then said they were gonna give us a contract which we never received. This was on a Wednesday, and they said our vehicle would be picked up Friday no later than Saturday. There was no communication even though we tried to communicate for about 3 days and their number on their website became disconnected. Somebody finally reached out to us on Monday, and we told them the vehicle had to be picked up no later than Saturday. They sent us a text message saying, their system was down for 24 hours. How ironic the time our vehicle was supposed to be picked up. Then we complained with email , saying we were gonna write to the better business bureau and the commissioner. Then we were able to speak to a manager that said he was gonna give us our deposit back. But demanded us to take down reviews immediately. We told him we were not until we received our deposit or at least proof that he sent to get our deposit back. It's been over 10 days now.We never received our deposit back. Look at the BBB website. There is lots of people that complain about the same thing that this is definitely a scam.
