I purchased an Erica toy from a local shop & found out that it had a faulty battery and would not charge or power on, new out of the box. The customer service I received from Emily was beyond excellent, quick & professional. I was sent a new Erica & she is fabulous and charges! Yay!

Contacted them about a toy I purchased from an approved retailer that I had been using for a while that had development into not functioning from internal issues. I explained I was unsure what caused the issue and it could have been an accidental drop. I didn’t think they were going to offer a replacement at all but were kind enough to send me a one time replacement. Amazing customer service and absolutely love my Kaotik Shockwave. I will continue using and loving their products

Had an Iker for about 18 months and one of the motors stopped working. I was concerned that as I bought it from a non SVAKOM site they would not honour or even consider the warrantee as I had not realised the need to register. However, I provided all the details to SVAKOM and provided a receipt for my purchase and after a couple of emails they agreed to send a replacement which is a newer model and I can already tell its a better fit and experience. Quality products and and superb customer service - thank you very much.

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered a device that didn’t function properly form an online seller, contacted their customer support and was quickly met with helpful cheery service. They walked me through steps to try and resolve the issues but it turned out the device needed replacing. They quickly sent a replacement unit and it works great! Purchased the Svakom Vick Neo 2- great product! Easy to use and clean, feels high Quality too! I highly suggest using the attached phone app! I had an issue with my new toy, but Svakom were quick to honour their warranty and replace it! :)
