She was incredibly polite, professional, and resolved my problem instantly with a perfect solution. It is so rare to find a brand that truly cares about its customers like this. As someone who has worked at a sex shop and tried a variety of different toys from different brands, Svakom has always stood out for me. They make my favorite toy, Amy 2, and when mine stopped working, Svakom surprised me once again with their amazing customer service. I will admit I sent a very freaked out email to them begging for help, and received nothing but kindness and patience. They kept emailing me back and forth, trying to help me make Amy 2 work. She didn’t make it in the end unfortunately, but not for a lack of trying on Svakom’s team’s end. I was already feeling pretty much as thankful as one can get, and then I received a new email. They wanted to send me a replacement for Amy 2. Even when they learned they couldn’t ship directly to my country, they asked for other possible addresses to make sure I received the toy. This gesture was so meaningful to me and it really showed me once more why Svakom is one of the best brands out there. I’ve had experiences with the customer service of other brands before and nothing compares to the experience I just had. Thank you so much to Emily and all of Svakom’s team!!

Absolutely incredible customer service for a premium product! The klitty is a unique toy that I've not found the equal of, and when I had issues with the toy malfunctioning the customer service reps were prompt and willing to help me troubleshoot it all the way through to finding a fix! Absolute superheroes!

Der Kundenservice konnte mir bei einem Garantiefall kurzfristig helfen. Die Kommunikation erfolgte über Mail und Bilder / Videos in denen der Fehler mitgeteilt worden ist. Danach wurde mir das defekte Gerät ersetzt.

My partner and I had difficulties with one of Svakom’s products, but after I emailed and explained my situation, we were compensated for all of the damage to the toy and the emotional stress that was caused. They opened up an investigation right away and were extremely apologetic. The staff at Svakom are incredibly helpful and kind. Overall I had an amazing experience and your money is well spent here.
