I had bought a product that had issue with that would not turn on got in touch with Svakom customer service they got on it ASAP. Must say I thought i made a big mistake buying product and going to be out . But Savkom has outstanding customer service!! Thank you for standing buy your brand you sell great support. Sure put my mind at ease Thank you for being kind and honest seems hard to do these days.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. They reached out for an out of stock item (the free gift) with an offer for an exchange to a similar item. They diligently assisted me with 2 orders each getting an exchanged item going to separate countries. There care and attention made my confidence in this company expand rapidly!

I have dealt with customer service before and let me tell you it's been a pain! I think we have all had that experience we hope we could take back with customer service! NOT WITH SVAKOM! It was a wonderful experience from start to finish! I was crushed when my product failed, but they quickly responded Gathering the necessary information. We buy accident Insurance because sometimes things just happen, and that's what happened to my product. It was a great product and I'm Proud To Own it! Customer service was very friendly and responsive! That's why I buy products from them, because I know something goes wrong they value their customers warranty. Some places give you a warranty and good luck getting a hold of them or if you do you wish you hadn't. SVAKOM was wonderful when I first bought the product, and when I needed their assistance! I can't say enough about how wonderful their customer service was. I can honestly say I walked away feeling better than when I did when I first contacted them. In today's world that is something to be treasured! I can go on forever about this wonderful experience. Take it from this random person who went out of his way to make an extra long review because they did the same for me to make sure I was satisfied!
