SVAKOM UNITED STATES INC.Reviews of svakom.net

Very helpful and timely customer support.

Best quality products and client oriented support! Strongly recommend this brand!

Not only is this the best product on the market, it also has the best customer service ever! They respond quickly and thoroughly fixed my issue! I could not ask for any better experience.

Had a vary good experience with customer service they replaced my toy with a brand new one

We have found that their products - especially vibrators were the best quality in the business - quiet , well designed and just the right amount of buzz - so when we re ordered I made a mistake on shipping address - they worked very hard to re route the package and stayed in touch until it was done. I highly recommend theiir products and their customer service is outstanding!

Probably one of the few companies that have an outstanding customer service! The products are amazing- highly recommended!!!

Had some issues connecting the app to one of the remote controlled toys, but I promptly received a human-written e-mail from costumer support helping me fix the issue!

Svakom produce ottimi prodotti.
