Excelent attention and get answers really fast

Had a charging issue with Ella Neo, Doris was absolutely amazing in resolving the issue! Just received a replacement item yesterday, thank you!

Great products, elegantly designed. Customer service honored my warranty even if I was unable to keep the serial number :) Very good service and amazing policy.

I purchased a Sam Neo for my husband because I travel a lot. I love that I can control the toy when I am out of town. He also loves to use it with interactive movies. Great quality, great suction, easy to clean. Very happy with our purchase!

Excellent customer service!!! Highly recommend products!

Excellent toy, I love it a lot.

The product that I bought years ago wasn't charging anymore so I decided to get another product straight from the website and not Amazon. I am so glad I did! My order got lost in the mail and the people at Svakom didn't hesitate to send me a replacement. I am so pleased and years ago when I got my first ever product from Svakom it literally changed my life. I definitely recommend this company!!!!!! Thanks again for helping to to change my life for the better!

Excelente support, fast and safe.
