Fantastic experience. I have a Sam Neo that I purchased some time back, which I really enjoy 😉, and was looking to get a replacement sleeve. After searching I found a link on the Svakom website indicating a sleeve is available. Unfortunately, the link was broken, so I reached out to customer service who indicated that the website is under construction and offered to ship me a free replacement. Much appreciated!

Thank you very much to the folks at Svakom! I bought the NEO Sam a couple of months ago, it has helped with my ED. About a week ago l had an issue, so I emailed with the company and with a few more emails they took care of my issue and the concern was resolved very fast and l am very satisfied!
