Best sex-toy brand of the world (Sam Neo)

A huge thanks to Svakom for their exceptional service, generosity and understanding. You guys rock!

I received a faulty product. I contacted customer service who I thought didn’t answer me. But somehow one of their emails got through to me and kindly asked me to check my junk email. And there was every reply to my angry emails to them, that they only responded with kindness. They sent me a replacement product in a timely manner.

I contacted the company to report my issue. I received an immediate response from Lexi to discuss what was wrong with my Sam NEO. I was amazed in how friendly and fast the issue was resolved. The product is truly amazing and l will continue to do business with the Svakom company.

My Iker, developed a charging issue. I contacted Svakom customer support and they replaced the product in accordance with the warranty. All email communication was replied to promptly and courteously. I highly recommend Svakom for both product design and quality, as well as after-purchase support.

I purchased the Alex Neo. I paired it to my phone and was amazed at the many different speeds it has. I need a long time to finish and have never killed the battery in one use. I find it easy to clean. I wish they made it in a bigger size. I find it gets sucked on and bogs down the motor. Extra lube definitely helps. I would buy it again if the need arises. I had a small issue with my toy and contacted customer support. They helped me out immediately. I have owned a lot of masturbators but so far this one is the best, not like the crap banana cleaners on TikTok. This actually grabs you and works you. I love jamming in the sofa and letting it work until I am finished.

SVAKOM, Has the highest standards of customer intereaction and products I have had the pleasure to worked with. Customer care, really does care and expedients anything you may need. I love this company....... I enjoy all your products.. Piper

I bought a Sam Neo from a local retail outfit, on sale. it is a fun toy with some nice features. There was a defect in the sleeve, a weak spot that began to fail right from the start. I reported the issue to the company by email. After we finished discussing the problem, they sent me a new sleeve. A positive customer-service experience
