I purchased two items from Svakom, including a particular item that was advertised as being in stock. Regrettably, I was informed by the team the following day that the item was actually out of stock. Despite this setback, I was impressed by the team's exceptional customer service, as they chose to delay the order to ensure that the correct item could be substituted before shipping. This gave me the opportunity to search for a suitable replacement, although I was unable to find one. The team then provided me with an alternative item to try, which was a pleasant surprise, and refunded me the item that I wanted. These small interactions will make me a satisfied customer for life and return. As I am exploring new toys I hope to eventually graduate into new ones and keep using svakom. Thank you

I ordered Beatrice and Pulse Union as a present from my husband. My husband live in Ukraine and I live in Poland now. Last year i met my husband only once for few days, and buying vibrator was a decision to diversify our online conversations. And for my health of course:) And this is the best decision and present ever. Really. I really love them. Both of them. They are beautiful, they are just the pieces of art. They are very pleasant to the touch. They give a lot of pleasure, of course. And I don’t understand how did I live without vibrators till my 41. And why no one didn’t tell me that using vibrators is such pleasure. Women should know about it, really. I hope my review will make happy at least one more woman. I bought an Alex Neo last year and enjoyed the pleasures and experience it gave me. Nothing more exciting that a stroker toy that I can fit most of myself into before bottoming out. Anyways, I was enjoying myself and the rotating mechanism broke, I was going full speed during a cam show, and the plastic rotating disc went on strike. Well, I notified Svakom customer service that night, sending pics of the parts that had snapped and they responding within a few hours to confirm my shipping address to send me a replacement. I've never had a company respond that quickly and not be an automated reply where I had to send more and more and more info to try scaring me away from getting my warranty claim processed. Within 2 days the product was being shipped to me. Best customer service I've ever had with a company holding their end of the warranty.

Wow, they are very responsive and helpful. They stood behind their product and replaced it with a new one without discussion or debate. I’m very satisfied with how they handled my claim. I will not hesitate to buy from them again and again. They dealt with the claim quickly and shipping was very fast. Great job.
