Great product Quick delivery

Their customer service is great! I had an issue with the customs since the pack was sent from US to Mexico, and they helped me right away to get a replacement so the customs didn't retain the package. Hadn't used the products I bought yet, but I already had one previously and works fine, totally recommended!!

The customer service I received from Doris Cai was INCREDIBLE! She was efficient courteous and replied to my many emails super fast. I got a replacement super quick and I could not be happier! This company is outstanding in making sure their customers are taken care of! Couldn’t be more pleased!

Update 4/28/23: Svakom proved that phenomenal customer service does exist! They heard my concerns and addressed my issues with a malfunctioning product even though the product was a gift so I didn’t have proof of purchase other than the item itself. Products and a company that make people happy. What could be better?? Thank you. Product was a gift. When it malfunctioned the company insisted on proof of purchase for warranty claim. Being a gift, I did not have one. So warranty appears to be a hassle. No I did not keep the product box after 1 year.I asked several times if they sell replacement parts and was always replied to that I needed to submit a warranty claim with proof of purchase which I mentioned, I do not have- it was a gift. They offered me a $20 goft card which was a very nice consolation prize- but I like products that last more than 1 year. So- not sure I will be buying from this company again. Will be willing to revise my review if the company steps up and does the right thing. It costs a company so little to keep their customers- customer service goes a long way.
