I purchased a Mini Emma about a year ago, and went back this year to get another because I loved it so much. It has great battery life, a good power output, and I love that it uses a type-c charger. When I received a defective product the second time around, I reached out to SVAKOM, they were very quick to respond and made the process very straight forward. I received my replacement in less than a week, and it works just as great as the first! The customer service is great, and the products are even better. :)

I had a really positive experience with Svakom's customer service. My Erica stopped powering on after light use, and once I sent a quick video showing the issue, Emily from support handled everything smoothly. She offered to upgrade me to the newer Erica Plus at no extra cost, no need to even return the broken unit, and got me a tracking number within a day. Fast, friendly, and accommodating throughout. Would recommend.

Er werd snel gereageerd na melding maken van een defecte apparaat na ontvangst. Na het nodige tekst en uitleg, werd er, na een positief beoordeling, een nieuwe apparaat naar mij toegestuurd (zonder eerst de defecte terug te moeten sturen)
