I purchased the S63D Alex Neo on 9 December 2021. The motor stopped working within 35 days. The store manager said I had to contact the manufacturer. I wrote an email to customer-service "at" svakom.net on 7 February 2022 with an attachment of the receipt and product specifications. Still no response. When it was operational, the rubber ring around the plastic sleeve would repeatedly falling off, and the grip was not comfortable (very tight) no matter how much water based lubricant was used. Too expensive ($200 USD) as a paper weight or to not get compensated or replaced.
