SVAKOM UNITED STATES INC.Reviews of svakom.net

Easy to leave a good review for this company. They have some of the best products my wife and I have found in this market. Also made with some of the best materials as well. After the several (yes, a lot, lol) products/toys we bought from them, we’ve only had one product fail after excessive use. We expected to be turned away when executing on the warranty. However, when we reached out to the manufacturer about a possible defective product they immediately responded with a replacement. We had an amazing experience with the customer service department, who made it very easy, and acknowledged there was something awry with the toy. Thanks, you guys rock!!

I purchased a product and had it only 3 months before it stopped working. It was not an inexpensive item and I had only used it 3 times. Customer service was outstanding. Emails were returned within 24 hours. Once I documented the problem a replacement was promptly sent to me. I commend this company for how it handles its customer service

I can't give any other rating than 5/5 to this amazing store. Recently, I had to file a complaint about a product I purchased, and I have to admit that the service was incredibly professional and friendly. The complaint was resolved immediately, without unnecessary formalities, which delighted me. Thank you for your exceptional customer care!
