I brought a product that after 1 day it stopped working. I sent in a complaint about the devise and customer service responded quickly. I was very impressed with how they handled my case. The turn around time was great. They were easy to work with.

Customer service is excellent!

I wanted to take a moment to write a review because I was taken really gold care of. I purchased a product back in Sept and the product malfunction on me. I’ve reached out to their customer service team via email and they got back to me right away. I want ti say within a few hours from when the original message was sent. In the end they’ve replaced my product with a brand new one! Im very pleased on how well this company took care of me and how prompt they are with trying to remedy the issue. I did have to answer a few questions regarding the product and send in a short video of the problem. I would highly recommend buying this company product as they fully back up their product and there customer service team is excellent

I absolutely love the product and the after sales service that has been provided by Svakom. I had a defective product and the company had it replaced thank you so much. The product is of fantastic quality and o know that I will not use any other product Thank you for the fantastic service

Never have a I ever had a thank you card for busting a product let alone of this variety but now I do and that's amazing The only place I've felt good enough about to suggest to friends at Tupperware parties as well so do with that info what you will
