The Svakom product I bought in store functioned as designed but I was not satisfied. I contacted the company and they were able to provide me with a product that more than meets my needs, in less than two weeks. Well done!!

I recently purchased a product from Svakom and, unfortunately, had to activate the warranty due to a malfunction. Despite this, my experience with their customer service was outstanding. They were attentive, prompt, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Without any hassle, they quickly sent me a replacement product, which has been working perfectly. I highly recommend Svakom products, not only for the quality of their products but also for their exceptional customer service.

Since there is no service in Turkey, I wrote to the Svakom service and they mailed it to my address free of charge, saying that they would replace my defective product free of charge. I cannot thank you enough. At this time, there are very few companies that stand behind their products in this way. I congratulate your company very much. I recommend it to everyone. See you :)

No problem at all! Shopping experience was flawless. Just choose what I want, add to cart, fill the address and in 2 week got my parcel from UPS courier. I wish every online shop be this problem-less.
