I didn't buy the product from an official store, I didn't use it very often, and after 10 months it stopped charging. I wrote to support in the hope that they would tell me which battery is in the product. But they asked me for the serial number of the product and a video of the problem. And a few days later they sent me a new product. It was unexpected and pleasant. It's very cool that the company treats customers like this. I definitely recommend svakom to everyone. The products are also made of quality components and work flawlessly.

Really great support. My Sam Neo Masturbator failed before the two years of guaranty. It was a malfunction with the charge system. I comunicated trough the official website about my situation. After a few mails for verification, they sent me a new unit without cost. It was all really fast, even the transport was less time than i expected for a international transport. Its a trusthy brand.
