What a costumers service. A toy had some battery issues and within 2 mails they send me a new one. And because the one I had was out of stock, they even upgraded. Love they have your back.

Great experience and customer service. I received a product that seemed to have an issue - and with one email, I got a replacement sent my way. (I've also had several other products of theirs that haven't had any issues, so i think that was a fluke). But, regardless, the customer service was helpful and easy to work with. And I like the products/they work well!

I bought a Svakom Pulse Union recently for my wife's birthday, she loved her 4 years old Svakom Trysta so much compared to her other toys. The Pulse Union was okay before I gave her in a wrapped box of birthday gift, but not functioning properly with the Svakom app when used. I sent an email to Svakom customer service which replied along with the bug fix for the Svakom app real fast. Great save from Svakom team! She love her new toy so much!

I purchased the Sam Neo. It works great. When I had a problem and one of the features stopped working I reached out to customer service and they were quick to respond and super helpful! They sent me a new device to replace my broken one and I couldn’t be happier. My advice is save the receipt so you can access the purchase date of where you purchased the device. You’ll need the date of purchase and the authorized retailer you got it from to activate the warranty. The fact the device has a 2 year warranty is AMAZING! Highly reccomend this company and toys. I’m very satisfied.

Customer service was second to none! I had an item that was not working and the replacement process was completely stress free and quick. Not only was their product wonderful to use but nice to know that they have your back. Sex toys are expensive and we’re willing to pay for quality but also having a great warranty which this company has! I will purchase more of their products in the future

The representatives listened carefully to my needs and assisted me with a product that stopped charging. The products are fantastic quality and I will purchase more in future. The heating technology is wonderful
