My first experience was not the greatest because there was some connection problems. I decided to send Swakom an email regarding the connectivity problems and they responded by assisting me to the fullest.They supplied me with a new device( for free) that has instantly connected to my phone ones I opened it. Thank you so much for listening and responding to my emails and rectifying the problem. I think the product was very well designed and I am very pleased with it. Thank you again.

Hello. I recently purchased the Tulip stimulator. Unfortunately it couldn’t be turned on due to a malfunction. I contacted Svakom. They were understanding and very helpful getting me a replacement Tulip. It was quick and handled in less than a week. And as we speak a new Tulip is on the way to my house for my pleasure. Svakom is reputable and stand by their product warranties. The tulip is my fourth toy from them. All perform as advertised.
