I’m here to redeem myself and follow up on my previous experience review. Originally, I was unable to identify what model toy I have and tried my best based on the website to order a new power cord. The original is lost and a toy without power is basically no toy at all. Based on the website, I thought I had ordered the correct cord, so I was not very happy when I received a cable that didn’t work and was useless. After leaving my review, Doris from customer service at Svakom made it right. I sent in a photo of my (favorite) toy and it was identified. The correct power cord was sent to me right away. Great job!!!! Thanks!!!!

The customer service was unbelievable. I had an unusual issue which was immediately addressed, even though the solution was not a typical option. They remained in constant communication to ensure my issue was resolved. Not only a great product, but also great post purchase support.

IMO - great customer service Got malfunctioning device and they replaced it with working model in about 2 weeks. Support is nice and responds quickly.

Fantastic products at a premium grade user experience.
